SERVICES
PMUNIVERSAL is a consultancy specialising in research, monitoring, and evaluation for the asylum and refugee sector. We help organisations achieve their social justice goals by strengthening their capacity to learn and improve through effective monitoring and evaluation systems, data collection and analysis, and facilitated reflection.
We also support organisations to develop and embed co-production and co-design approaches that enable meaningful participation by people with lived experience of migration, ensuring their voices shape policies, services, and decision-making.
PROJECTS
In all our research projects, we make sure that people with lived experience of the UK asylum system are at the heart of the process. Whether we are working with statutory bodies or VCSE organisations, we believe that lived experience brings valuable insight, strengthens research, and helps create services and policies that better meet people's needs.
Our team combines first-hand experience of the asylum system with practical expertise in service delivery, project design, management, monitoring, and evaluation. This allows us to deliver research that is credible, inclusive, and grounded in the realities of the communities we work with.

PMUNIVERSAL CIC is a social enterprise that supports organisations to design and deliver effective projects, measure their impact, and meaningfully involve people with lived experience in the design and delivery of services.
We are also committed to supporting refugees and people seeking asylum by creating opportunities for training, volunteering, employment, and personal development, helping them build confidence, skills, and pathways into meaningful work.
Founded and led by people with lived experience of migration, we understand the challenges that refugees and people seeking asylum face because we have experienced many of them ourselves. By combining this insight with professional expertise, we help organisations develop services that are more inclusive, responsive, and effective, while ensuring that the voices of those with lived experience are at the heart of decision-making.
